The
'Mauricie': pronounced "maurice-ee",
is gonna blow your mind this winter!
The leaves are
already changing colour up here in Quebec, and that
old familiar snowmobile craving has already started in all of
us avid
snowmobile riders. We can't wait to get the sled out of the
garage,
and out onto the open trail. We are already 'thinking snow"!
This year we decided
to build a special snowmobile web site for
all our English speaking friends in NY, CT, ONT, QC, NJ, NH,
MD,
VT, MI, RI, MA, ME, PA,NS, NB, NFLD, PEI and IN.
The site will offer
good information on places to stay, eat, and party.
We also want to show you where you can get your snowmobile
repaired, and where to get your trail passes. Did you know that
our
sled mechanics up here, will often work all night long, just
to make
sure you won't miss a day on the trails? It's true!
We want this web
site to be a friendly, interactive place on the
Internet for you to come and read up on our snowmobile region,
before you head up. We hope you will share your trips with others
once you get home, by using our bulletin boards.
We want to help
you find the right accommodations for your outfit,
the best prices on snowmobile rentals, and the most exciting
night
spots for your after ride get-togethers. If you can gather some
of this
info before you come up, your chances at having a smoother trip
will be increased.
We cordially invite
you to come discover the Mauricie region, and
experience our warm hospitality. The snowmobile trails will
soon
be groomed to perfection once again, and all our trail restaurants,
bars, and auberges will be ready to help your warm up by the
fireplace, when you come in from your day's ride.
